At Varmilo, we stand by the craftsmanship of our mechanical keyboards and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your typing experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the keyboard and all included accessories, such as keycap pullers and cables, into the original Varmilo branded box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the package and drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
